Melissa Benton

Melissa Benton has been a licensed mortgage broker since 2000. She started in a family owned business working for her mother as a loan processor in 1997. Being trained from the bottom - up gave her the knowledge of the entire mortgage process from beginning to end. With ten years of experience, Melissa is able to analyze each customer’s situation and advise them of the best loan program. The honesty and outstanding service provided by Melissa and her employees has allowed her to obtain the majority of her business from referrals. This alone signifies trusting relationships and customer satisfaction.

Candace McCoy

Candace McCoy has been in the mortgage industry since 2000. She has been a loan officer for the last 2 years. She made her entrance in her field as a loan processor. She learned the in and outs of the loan process and worked consistently with each borrower as their personal loan processor. That experience has made her transition to loan officer one that has earned her respect and trust of the local community. She is familiar with the different types of mortgages available and personalizes each borrower’s loan to fit their needs.

Alexis Ruiz

Alexis is the Head Loan Processor at Andrews Mortgage Solutions. She has worked side by side with Melissa and Candace for two and a half years. Her acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills have earned her respect from her fellow employees. Once your application is made, Alexis will continue to work directly with the loan officer and personally assist you throughout the loan process.
